You will lead the inspection team, train staff, and perform visual and dimensional inspections on Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6 components, ensuring quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of aerospace experience (MRO preferable).
• Experience of providing training to others within a team.
• Good level of education.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ongoing development of the Inspection team and share best practice methods.
• Visual and dimensional inspection of PT6 engine components in accordance with maintenance data.
• Generate component repair cards based on inspection findings and perform post-repair inspection.
• Ensure processes meet quality standards and deadlines; maintain H&S and 6S compliance.
• Maintain effective cross-functional communications and support training actions.
