Job summary
Euravia Engineering, a Magellan Aerospace Company, invites applications for an Inspector/Trainer. The role combines hands-on visual and dimensional inspection of Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6 engine components with leadership of the training program for the inspection team.
Based in Kelbrook, Lancashire, the successful candidate will work Monday–Friday (37.5 hours) and drive continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to 6S and H&S requirements, contributing to high-quality customer outcomes.
Qualifications
- Analytical mindset and problem solving
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
- Excellent spoken and written communication in English
Responsibilities
- Lead the ongoing development of the Inspection team and share best practices
- Document training and ensure compliance with company requirements
- Provide detailed training reports to the Team Leader
- Perform visual and dimensional inspection of PT6 engine components
- Ensure processes meet quality standards and deadlines per customer/OEM requirements
