Job summary

Euravia Engineering & Supply Co Ltd, part of Magellan Aerospace, Kelbrook, Lancashire, is seeking an Inspector/Trainer to lead the inspection team and develop training programmes. You will perform visual and dimensional inspections of Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6 engine components and generate repair cards based on findings.

You will also conduct post-repair inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years aerospace experience (MRO preferable).
• Experience in training others within a team.
• Ability to read and interpret engine manuals and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing development of the Inspection team and share best practice.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of PT6 engine components.
• Generate component repair cards based on inspection findings.
• Conduct final post-repair inspection of components.
• Perform receipt inspection of components from external sources.
• Read overhaul manuals and relate to service bulletins.
• Ensure processes meet quality standards and deadlines.
