Job summary

Pulsar Group is seeking an experienced Insights Manager to lead three Insights Executives and oversee client reporting, ensuring high‑quality media analysis and evaluation. You will guide on best practices, coordinate with production, and maintain strict information security standards.

You will manage senior client relationships, drive renewals and upsell opportunities, and help evolve processes as the team scales. This role requires hands-on reporting and a proactive, communicative approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in Media Analysis, Insights Management or Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the workflow of three Insights Executives, coordinating with production teams to ensure timely delivery of reporting.
• Provide guidance, training and feedback on client management, quality and best-practice measurement and evaluation.
• Perform quality control and distribution of reports to clients.
• Directly manage a portfolio of high-profile clients, including hands-on production of media analysis where needed.
• Implement client briefs and set clear expectations internally and externally.
• Present analysis and recommendations to clients, including senior communications stakeholders.
• Support commercial growth activity involving renewal, upsell and retention.
• Monitor growth, retention and efficiency opportunities and risks, flagging them to the Insights Operations Director.
• Ensure new clients are properly onboarded and reports meet best-practice media measurement and evaluation standards.
• Support adoption of new tools and ways of working, feeding back issues and ideas to the Insights Operations Director.
• Report to the Insights Operations Director.
• Safeguard Pulsar Group and customer information in accordance with information security policies
