Job summary

Pulsar Group is seeking an Insights Manager on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover across the Vuelio brand. You will lead three Insights Executives, own a portfolio of high-profile client relationships, and ensure the quality and consistency of media analysis reporting.

You will onboard new clients, support renewal and upsell opportunities with the commercial team, and guide the team through a transformation to new tools and processes under the Insights Operations Director.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in Media Analysis, Insights Management or Account Management.
• Line management or team leadership experience, ideally managing a small team.
• Strong Excel, Google Sheets and PowerPoint skills, with good IT proficiency and quick to learn new tools.
• Experience in, or knowledge of, the PR and Communications industries.
• Project management experience and client/account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Workflow: manage the three Insights Executives and ensure timely report delivery.
• Client & Commercial Delivery: oversee high-profile clients, onboard new ones and support renewal/upsell.
• Onboarding & Standards: ensure new clients are onboarded and reports meet best-practice standards.
• Transformation Support: assist with adoption of new tools and process changes.
