You will transform complex data into clear insights that inform global digital strategy, working with strategy, data and activation teams to deliver impact.

The role blends analytical rigor with compelling storytelling to drive lasting client value and strategic decision-making across social and YouTube channels.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering reporting, analytics or strategic insights within a media, digital or marketing environment.
• Strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of digital media performance and how measurement supports objectives.
• Collaborative approach with multidisciplinary teams.
• Curious and strategic mindset for audience and brand growth.
• Proactive, organized and committed to improving reporting quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting and insight generation across Social and YouTube, delivering clear analysis that supports strategic decision-making.
• Establish reporting frameworks, governance standards and best practices to improve consistency and quality.
• Drive evolution of reporting by developing scalable, insight-led solutions that enhance efficiency and impact.
• Translate complex performance data into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.
• Identify trends, learning opportunities and performance drivers to inform campaign optimisation and long-term planning.
• Partner with strategy, channel and data teams to deliver audience, platform and behavioural insights.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders by providing expert guidance and communicating insights clearly.
