Lead Insight & Analytics Business Partner - Marketing & Growth

Salary: Up to £95,000 + bonus and excellent benefits
Location: Watford

An exciting opportunity to join a leading consumer-facing business undergoing a major transformation, as a senior Insight & Analytics Business Partner.

Working closely with senior Marketing and commercial leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the insight and analytics strategy, translating complex data into commercial opportunities and influencing key business decisions.

This is a highly strategic, business-facing role where you'll connect customer, commercial, brand, campaign and digital insight to help drive growth, improve performance and shape the future direction of the business.

The Role

• Act as a trusted strategic partner to senior Marketing and commercial stakeholders.
• Shape and prioritise the insight and analytics agenda, ensuring analytical resource is focused on the biggest commercial opportunities.
• Bring together customer, market, brand, campaign, retail and digital data to provide a holistic view of business performance.
• Identify and size growth opportunities, translating insight into actionable recommendations.
• Provide commercial direction to multidisciplinary teams and specialist analytics functions.
• Influence senior stakeholders, challenge thinking and support evidence-led decision-making.
• Work closely with Data Product teams to shape data capabilities and investment priorities.
• Connect Marketing, Product and commercial teams to deliver measurable business impact.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior Marketing, Insight or Analytics Business Partnering role.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Broad understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition, conversion and customer value.
• Experience connecting multiple sources of insight and analytics to inform strategic decisions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities and drive projects forward.
• Strong analytical and technical understanding, with the ability to challenge methodologies and interpret complex analysis.
• Experience working with data, insight and product teams to shape business priorities and investment cases.
