SCP Infrastructure & Design, part of the RSK Group, is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead technical delivery on highways and drainage schemes across nationally significant UK projects. You will guide design teams, review outputs, and liaise with clients to provide robust, sustainable solutions.

This hybrid role offers a 35-hour week, a salary range of £43,000–£53,000, and an 8% employer pension contribution, with opportunities to grow within a collaborative, inclusive environment

Formación

• Senior Engineer with experience in highways and drainage design.
• Experience leading technical delivery and mentoring engineers.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Leading the technical delivery of highways and drainage designs on medium to large projects
• Producing and checking drawings, calculations, and specifications to a high standard
• Providing day-to-day technical guidance and mentoring to engineers and technicians
• Coordinating design inputs and managing workloads to meet programme deadlines
• Reviewing outputs to ensure compliance with standards, legislation, and best practice
• Supporting client engagement and contributing to design discussions and solutions
