Job summary

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Robotics or related field.
- Strong background in real-time control and perception.
- Experience leading a robotics software team.
- Experience with ROS/ROS2 in production systems.
- Experience with simulation tools (IsaacSim/MuJoCo).
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and implementation of the robot control stack.
- Design impedance control, force control, and compliant manipulation strategies using force-torque feedback.
- Develop and tune real-time control loops meeting timing, safety, and reliability requirements.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and perception teams to deploy in field environments.
- Mentor engineers on the software controls team and drive best practices.
