Apex Resources is seeking an Industrial Recruitment Manager for our London office. The role offers a strong salary range of £35,000-£50,000 DOE, plus a full comms package and annual profit share.

You will lead an established industrial desk with UK-wide market access and significant earning potential. We value an experienced 360 industrial recruiter with a proven billing history who can win new business, grow clients, and build a high-performing team around them.

Qualifications

• Experience as a 360 Industrial recruitment professional with a proven billing track record.
• Ability to win new business and grow a desk.
• Commercial mindset with ambition to lead and build a team.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an established Industrial desk.
• Grow existing clients and win new business.
• Expand into new areas of the Industrial market.
• Build and develop your own team of recruiters.
• Lead from the front and drive the division's growth.
• Progress into a senior leadership position as the division grows.
