Job summary

Apex Resources Ltd. is seeking an experienced Industrial Recruitment Manager to lead our London Industrial desk. You will take ownership, win new business, and build a high-performing team to grow the division, supported by our platform and market access.

You will be expected to demonstrate a proven track record in the Industrial sector, develop clients, expand accounts, and generate revenue as the division scales. This is a leadership pathway with genuine autonomy.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning new business in the Industrial sector.
• Confident developing clients, growing accounts and generating revenue.
• Experience as a 360 recruiter welcomed, with ability to lead a desk.

INDUSTRIAL RECRUITMENT (Billing) MANAGER | LONDON

If you're an experienced Industrial recruiter and you've been thinking about your next move, this is worth a conversation.

We are looking for an Industrial Recruitment Manager to join our London office.

You won't be starting from scratch.

You'll inherit an active Industrial desk with the platform, market access and business support already in place.

What we're looking for is someone who knows how to win.

You must have a proven track record of winning new business within the Industrial sector and be confident developing clients, growing accounts and generating new revenue.

We’re open to experienced 360 recruiters from:

• Warehousing

But this isn't a "manage an existing desk" role.

The opportunity is to:

• Take ownership of an active Industrial desk
• Win new business and build a strong client base
• Build and develop your own recruitment team
• Help shape and grow the Industrial division
• Progress into a larger leadership role as the division grows

• Uncapped commission up to 25% FLAT
