The candidate will work with SLA, PSLA, SLS, DLP and Micro-SLA technologies, ensuring machines are well maintained and customer orders meet high standards. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial 3D printing or additive manufacturing.
• Understand CAD, build preparation and production processes.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage daily priorities.
• Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Take pride in quality and safety while running a department.
• Experience leading a small team in production is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CAD verification, build preparation and production scheduling.
• Manage operation, maintenance and performance of 3D printing equipment.
• Supervise and train 3D printing operatives and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with RP Workshop Team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage materials, consumables and supplier relationships.
• Uphold quality, health & safety and housekeeping standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
