Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the IAM engineering team responsible for agentic identities and automated services.
- Oversee design, build and operation of services governing non-human identities and access controls.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects and Security to translate requirements into technical outcomes.
- Coach engineers to foster learning and career development.
