Job summary

Qualifications

Academic degree in Engineering (Electrical or similar).
5+ years of experience in a similar lead role.
HVDC technology experience is a plus.
Power industry experience is a must.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to take a leading role and deliver quality results.
Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
Candidate must have work authorization to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for technical matters with customers.
Coordinate and drive engineering activities across projects to meet scope, budget, and schedule.
Lead development of new solutions for complex HVDC projects.
Oversee testing, installation, and commissioning support.
Prepare and maintain project documentation with technical accuracy.
Ensure safety standards are followed and risks mitigated.
Maintain quality of engineering outputs in contracts and deliveries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
