Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Project Management background required.
• Experience leading a technical team or project on large-scale initiatives.
• Engaged, ambitious, and driven with adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of deadlines, budgets, and strategic decision making.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) for global communication.
• Passion for people, technology, and taking ownership of scope and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Be the driven, proactive project manager for the Plants and Civil design team, cultivating camaraderie and transparency.
• Develop and communicate a robust project execution strategy for Plants and Civil scope aligned with Hitachi Energy values; manage risk and change to deliver on time, within budget and quality standards.
• Lead the team to ensure internal processes are followed to achieve the desired quality in deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and input for Plants and Civil departments.
• Provide progress reports to relevant stakeholders within the organization.
• Coordinate interfaces and support platform builders and civil partners/sub-suppliers as needed.
