Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HVAC design experience.
• Strong knowledge of psychrometrics, thermodynamics and HVAC design principles.
• Proficiency with HVAC design software (Revit MEP, AutoCAD, IES VE).
• Excellent leadership, project management and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC design and development, including load calculations and system selection.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications and BOQ for HVAC installations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and commissioning to verify design intent and performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers within the team.
