This senior role involves the design, implementation, and management of complex heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial and industrial projects. You will lead design teams, ensure project success from concept to completion, and provide expert technical guidance. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of HVAC systems, including load calculations, system selection, and schematic development.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantities for HVAC installations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and commissioning to ensure HVAC systems are installed and operating according to design intent and performance standards.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers within the mechanical team.

Requirements
