Job summary

FutureMotiv Energy Storage & Power Distribution team seeks a hands‑on Team Lead with a strong track record in leading HV battery and power distribution development. Responsibilities

• Act as technical POC for the customer on Energy Storage & Power Distribution engineering matters.
• Oversee engineering requirements with the customer and coordinate plans to meet expectations.
• Lead and manage a team to deliver tasks on time and provide technical leadership.
• Propose budget and staffing plans and hire/train resources for the team.
• Ensure HV electrical system design solutions meet customer requirements and safety standards.
• Oversee HV tests and provide analysis of issues found.
• Create and improve processes and mentor the team on technology updates.
