Partner Company in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on Team Lead, Human Data Operations – Vision, Image & Video to build high-quality human data for AI systems. You will lead a team of AI Tutors responsible for labeling, reviewing, and evaluating visual data across image and video domains, owning quality, delivery, and operational standards.

The role blends people leadership with hands-on data review, using KPIs and dashboards to identify bottlenecks, scale processes, and collaborate

Qualifikationen

• 1 year hands-on data labeling, annotation, AI training or evaluation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with data quality metrics and guideline-driven processes.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for assigned human data projects.
• Lead and develop a team of AI Tutors with regular feedback and reviews.
• Participate in labeling and review activities to maintain high standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements.
• Track performance via KPIs and dashboards; report outcomes.
