Job summary

Welcome Break is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a dedicated team across our UK sites, including London-area locations. You’ll ensure spotless rooms and public areas while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You'll train and motivate staff, check rooms and corridors for cleanliness, manage stock and safety compliance, and support the team with hands-on leadership in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Have experience in hotels as a housekeeper or supervisor.
• A good leader and motivator who can inspire others.
• Fanatical about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ready to lead by example and train staff.
• Check rooms and common areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Report maintenance issues and damages.
• Monitor cleaning products and linen stock for quality.

Responsibilities
