HC-One is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team across our care homes. You will organise daily schedules, monitor cleanliness, and ensure safety and infection control standards are met.

You will inspire your team with a hands-on leadership style, maintain high hygiene levels, and prioritise Residents’ comfort and wellbeing. Excellent organisational skills and commitment to safeguarding are essential.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience and team leadership skills.
• Health & Safety and infection control awareness required.
• Ability to lead and develop a team to deliver high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Manage cleaning rota and daily schedules.
• Lead by example and support your team.
• Oversee laundry for personal and shared items.
