Job summary

The Ned City of London is seeking a Head Host to lead a team of hosts across our vibrant venues, welcoming members and guests and coordinating reservations to ensure a seamless visit.

You will collaborate with bar, floor and management teams to deliver The Ned’s renowned experiences, coaching junior leaders and building rapport with regular guests to tailor service. This is a dynamic hospitality leadership role.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership or team management.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hosts to welcome and settle members and guests, setting the tone for the visit.
• Handle guest requests and queries regarding reservations.
• Collaborate with bar, floor and management teams, providing information about guests’ visit.
• Build rapport with regular guests and learn preferences to enhance experiences.
• As a junior leader, coach and model outstanding hospitality and provide feedback.
