Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership or team supervision.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations with calm and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hosts to welcome and seat guests and members.
• Coordinate with bar, floor and management teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest requests and reservations with a proactive, friendly approach.
• Build rapport with regular guests and personalize service where possible.
• Provide coaching and feedback to junior staff to uphold standards.
