You’ll supervise daily operations, provide hands-on support, and model exceptional hospitality while guiding team members to deliver top‑level service.

Reporting to Front Office management, you’ll coach, provide feedback, and drive training to uphold The Ned’s standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in front office role within hospitality.
• Supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
