Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across year groups during PPA or absent teacher time.
• Lead structured booster sessions in maths, phonics, and literacy.
• Coordinate with class teachers and SENCOs to tailor pupil support.
• Maintain a positive classroom climate and effective behaviour management.
