Job summary

VC TechnoSys Limited is building a new team in the UK to develop verification and validation infrastructure, including HIL benches for multiple vehicle platforms. You will own the full lifecycle from requirements to commissioning, working with software, hardware and system validation to ensure reliable, configurable and cost-efficient benches that support fast-paced releases.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing scalable HIL benches for hardware/software platforms.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional engineering teams across hardware, software and validation.
• Proven track record in delivering reliable, configurable lab infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Architect modular, configurable HIL bench designs for platform integration and validation.
• Consolidate system and test requirements from stakeholders to define HIL design.
• Select and integrate components (e.g., FPGA boards, GPIO modules, conditioning modules).
• Collaborate with supply chain, program management, hardware, and facilities for procurement and lab readiness.
• Own commissioning workflow for benches and lead continuous improvement to reduce bring-up time.
• Lead HIL bench issue resolution and root cause analysis.
