You'll mentor staff, oversee daily block operations through breeding and drying off, optimise grazing, and maintain health and production records to support smart decisions. Accommodation available.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in dairy or livestock farming.
• Strong stockmanship and animal welfare mindset.
• Grass management and pasture rotation knowledge.
• Excellent organizational skills and clear communication.
