Job summary

Aira is seeking an experienced Heat Pump Installer to join as Installation Team Leader in Bath. You will lead multiple installation teams, ensuring safe, efficient heat pump projects while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will balance on-site work with office planning and must be comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, HubSpot, Outlook and Teams. Prior leadership in a related trade is valued, with training provided through the Aira Academy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on trade experience in heating systems such as air source heat pumps.
• Strong leadership experience or potential to lead multiple teams.
• Knowledge of Gas Safe, WRAS or F-Gas categories is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead 6–10 installation teams (Installers, Plumbers, Electricians) to deliver projects safely and on plan.
• Provide on-site support, training, and proactive planning for continuous improvement.
• Utilise software (Excel, PowerPoint, Heat Engineer, HubSpot, Outlook, Teams) for planning and reporting.
