Job summary
Aira is hiring an experienced Heat Pump Installer to become Installation Team Leader in the United Kingdom. You will ensure heat pump installations are delivered safely and efficiently, leading six to ten teams of Installers, Plumbers and Electricians.
The role blends on-site support with office planning and administration, using Excel, PowerPoint, Heat Engineer, HubSpot, Outlook and Teams. Hours are Mon-Fri 8–5 with flexibility and Academy training.
Qualifications
- Experience installing air source heat pumps
- Experience installing hot water cylinders and radiators
- Level 3 heat pump system design
- Gas Safe qualifications desired
- NVQ Level 2 plumbing (or equivalent)
Responsibilities
- Lead installation teams to deliver safe, high-quality heat pump installations
- Plan and train on-site, drive continuous improvement
- Support on-site with technology and planning tools
