Job summary

Aira is seeking an experienced Heat Pump Installer to become Installation Team Leader. You will oversee 6–10 installation teams and ensure high‑quality heat pump installations are delivered safely and efficiently while providing outstanding customer service.

Opportunity to grow with Aira Academy and lead a technically skilled team. The role blends on‑site leadership with office planning, requires Gas Safe qualifications, and offers a base salary plus performance bonus, with extensive training

Qualifications

NVQ level 2 plumbing (or equivalent)
Gas Qualifications
WRAS Qualifications (Water Regs)
Unvented hot water systems (Part G)
Experience installing air source heat pumps
Experience installing hot water cylinders and radiators
NVQ Level 3 plumbing (or equivalent)
Level 3 heat pump system design
F-Gas Category 1

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate 6–10 installation teams across areas.
Ensure installations are delivered safely, efficiently and to plan.
Provide on-site training and proactive planning for continuous improvement.
Support your team through planning and administration; join installations when needed.
Utilise software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Heat Engineer, HubSpot, Outlook and Teams.
Work Mon-Fri 8–5 with flexibility for after-hours support.
