Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group in London is seeking an Event Travel Manager to lead end-to-end group air programs for a dedicated client. You will work closely with the Operations Director, Team Manager and the M&E team to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional service.

The role is hybrid, based from our London office three days per week, and requires strong Sabre knowledge, ability to manage multiple projects with stakeholders, and experience in corporate travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group/Event/Business Travel.
• Proven ability to coordinate group air bookings.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management and coordination of multiple group air programs.
• Arrange and coordinate air and rail travel for clients.
• Negotiate with suppliers for best fares and revenue.
• Occasional travel and on-site event support as needed.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and feasibility studies.
