Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group is seeking an experienced Event Travel Manager in London to lead end-to-end group travel programs for a dedicated client. You will coordinate air and rail logistics, manage budgets, and work with the Operations Director and M&E team to deliver superior service.

The role suits someone already operating in a similar agency or TMC capacity, with strong Sabre skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Group Travel, Event Travel, Business Travel, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing group air bookings and complex travel programmes.
• Strong working knowledge of Sabre.
• BA/VA Level 1 and 2 training desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Additional language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of multiple small to medium group air bookings, up to 600 passengers per month.
• Coordinate air and rail travel, ensuring smooth end-to-end logistics.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective fares while maximising CTM M&E revenue.
• Occasional travel and on-site event support when required.
• Preparation of proposals, quotations, and destination feasibility studies, with occasional client pitching involvement.
• Budget management and end-to-end project financial oversight.
• Full reconciliation of project accounts to ensure accuracy and financial control.
