Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group is hiring an Event Travel Manager to lead end-to-end group air bookings for a dedicated client, coordinating with the Operations Director and M&E team. You will handle multiple projects, negotiate with suppliers, and support on-site events as needed.

The role offers hybrid work with the London office, a flexible schedule, and opportunities to manage travel for up to 600 passengers monthly, using CTM’s technology platform to maximise ROI.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Group Travel, Event Travel, Business Travel, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing group air bookings and complex travel programmes.
• Strong working knowledge of Sabre.
• BA/VA Level 1 and 2 training desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Additional language skills are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for end-to-end project management and coordination of multiple small to medium-sized group air programs running simultaneously, managing travel for up to 600 passengers per month.
• Arranging and coordinating both air and rail travel, ensuring smooth and efficient end-to-end logistics.
• Negotiating with suppliers to secure the most cost-effective fares for the client while maximising revenue for CTM M&E.
• Occasional travel and on-site event support when required.
• Preparation of proposals, quotations, and destination feasibility studies, with occasional involvement in client pitching.
• Budget management and end-to-end project financial oversight.
• Full reconciliation of project accounts to ensure accuracy and financial control.
