Qualifications

• Senior/Lead graphic design experience in retail/beauty.
• Strong portfolio of commercial work.
• Extensive experience in print, visual merchandising, email and paid social.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
• Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of creative across visual merchandising, print, email marketing and paid social.
• Take creative concepts from initial brief through to final, production-ready artwork.
• Ensure strong layout, typography and brand consistency across all creative.
• Work closely with wider creative and stakeholder teams to understand briefs and deliver against requirements.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced retail environment.
• Provide creative input and help maintain a consistently high standard across all design output.
• Produce polished, customer-focused creative that works across different formats and channels.
