Job summary

Talent in Nottingham is seeking a Lead Graphic Designer to join a fast-paced creative team in a high-volume retail and beauty environment. The role requires ownership of creative projects and delivering customer-focused design across multiple channels.

You will translate briefs into engaging artwork, ensure brand consistency, and manage multiple projects in a busy setting with an ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Graphic Designer.
• Experience within retail and/or beauty environments.
• Strong portfolio of commercial design work.
• Advanced skills in print, email, and paid social.
• Proficiency in Figma and Photoshop.
• Excellent typography and layout eye.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of creative across visual merchandising, print, email marketing and paid social
• Take creative concepts from initial brief through to final, production-ready artwork
• Ensure strong layout, typography and brand consistency across all creative
• Work closely with wider creative and stakeholder teams to understand briefs and deliver against requirements
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced retail environment
• Provide creative input and help maintain a consistently high standard across all design output
• Produce polished, customer-focused creative that works across different formats and channels

I’m recruiting for a Lead Graphic Designer to join a fast-paced creative team, working across a high-volume retail and beauty environment.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of creative projects, translate briefs into engaging customer-focused design and deliver high-quality work across multiple channels.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Graphic Designer
• Experience within retail and/or beauty environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality commercial creative
• Extensive experience across print, visual merchandising, email and paid social
• Advanced Figma skills, including design development and artwork production
• Strong Adobe Photoshop skills, including image creation, compositing and retouching
• Strong understanding of layout, typography and brand consistency
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong print design experience
• Available to start ASAP
