Job summary

Craft Agency Ltd. in Manchester is seeking a Midweight Graphic Designer to join our in-house studio. You’ll turn brand strategy into assets for ecommerce, email, paid social and OOH, delivering consistently high quality at speed.

You have 3+ years of design experience, ideally in beauty or DTC, and are proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma, with InDesign useful for print/OOH. You thrive under tight timelines and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' design experience, ideally with exposure to beauty/cosmetics or DTC.
• Experience with ecommerce and social creative.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma; InDesign helpful for print/OOH.

Responsibilities

• Design across the full commercial output: product/category pages, web banners, emails, paid social and OOH.
• Work from established brand guidelines, translating briefs into on-brand assets and adapting to feedback.
• Ensure high-volume, fast-turnaround delivery while maintaining quality and consistency.
