Job summary

Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust seeks an Advanced Specialist Gastroenterology Clinical Pharmacist, Band 8a, 15 hours per week. You will work with gastroenterology consultants and IBD nurses to develop and deliver the clinical pharmacy service for inflammatory bowel disease, including homecare and biologics prescribing, patient counselling, and MDT participation.

• Independent prescribing qualification is essential.
• Clinical pharmacist with gastroenterology experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

• Register patients for homecare and complete prescriptions.
