Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Lead Generation Marketing Manager for Tocanis to own the pipeline of opportunities. This role focuses on organic, low-cost channels over large paid advertising budgets.

The successful candidate will execute LinkedIn campaigns, content marketing, partnerships, referrals, SEO, email outreach and marketing automation to build a consistent flow of qualified prospects in a lean, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a B2B lead generation or digital marketing role.
• Proven track record of generating leads without significant advertising spend.
• Strong LinkedIn marketing and social selling expertise.
• Experience creating engaging content that drives enquiries and engagement.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Understanding of SEO best practices.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to analyse data and make evidence-based decisions.
• Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a lead generation strategy focused on organic growth.
• Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, social media, partnerships, referrals, and digital outreach.
• Build lead generation campaigns aligning with growth objectives.
• Collaborate with Chief Revenue Officer for lead handover and follow-up.
• Own the company’s LinkedIn strategy and optimize profiles.
• Create and manage LinkedIn content campaigns to generate conversations.
• Develop outreach programmes using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Produce content including posts, articles, case studies, emails, blogs.
• Manage social media presence and content calendar.
• Improve website visibility with SEO and landing pages.
• Manage CRM and marketing automation; develop lead scoring.
• Provide performance reports and optimise marketing activity.
