Job summary

NaturalMotion Games seeks a Lead UI/UX Designer to shape the player experience for a new mobile title. You will own end-to-end UX/UI vision, manage a design team, and drive the creative process from wireframes to Unreal Engine implementation.

The role requires shipping titles, mobile live-ops expertise, and mentorship to grow a world-class design team. Hybrid work means two days in London and the rest remote.

Qualifications

• Led UX/UI teams for shipped titles in mobile/live-ops contexts.
• Proven ability to mentor and grow internal and external talent.
• Expertise in building scalable design systems and guidelines.
• Experience delivering high-quality UI across platforms and live operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the UX/UI vision for current and future mobile projects.
• Lead design from wireframes to final implementation in Unreal Engine.
• Collaborate with Art Director, Design Director, Product Managers and developers.
• Leverage player data and testing to iterate UX during live operations.
• Mentor and grow the design team and external contractors.
