Job summary

NaturalMotion in London is seeking a talented Meta Designer to shape the metagame, live, and progression features for our first-person shooter mobile title. You will own features from conception through live operation in a collaborative, cross-discipline environment.

You will analyze live data, balance economies, and iterate on features with design, art, UX, engineering and product teams to maintain high engagement and retention. Hybrid work arrangement applies.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing metagame, progression or engagement features for live games.
• At least one shipped live-service title as part of a design role.
• Strong analytics skills for KPI and player-behaviour data.

Responsibilities
