Job summary

Spectrum IT Recruitment represents a fast-growing UK SaaS company seeking an experienced technical lead full stack developer. You will shape and deliver next-generation customer-facing platforms, hands-on from design to production, with a modern cloud-based stack.

You will lead a 10+ strong squad, design scalable architectures, develop across the full stack, and drive quality, security and performance while collaborating with product and initiative managers.

Qualifications

• Strong full stack development experience with production SaaS exposure.
• Solid background in system design and scalable architectures.
• Experience delivering large, production SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with mature CI/CD and deployment environments.
• Commercial mindset in designing and delivering software.
• Excellent collaboration with stakeholders; able to lead.
• Interest in using AI to accelerate development.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across a high-performing development squad (10+).
• Contribute to solution design, system architecture and domain modelling.
• Build proof-of-concepts and spike complex or uncertain areas.
• Break down requirements into deliverable epics and user stories with product managers.
• Develop and deliver production-ready code across the full stack.
• Ensure high standards of quality, maintainability, performance and security.
• Support and improve live systems post-deployment.
• Influence technical direction, tooling and best practices across engineering.
