Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record in software engineering, designing, developing and deploying backend applications and driving engineering change.
• Strong capability in designing microservices and overall microservice architecture.
• Demonstrated leadership guiding teams to deliver production changes at high cadence.
• Experience with CI/CD practices, tooling and implementation.
• Hands-on delivery of RESTful APIs into production environments.

• Drive faster delivery cadence across the team and lead by example.
• Engage with business and engineering leaders to understand requirements and align teams.

• Proactively remove impediments, identify risks and communicate with program management.
• Identify process inefficiencies and find innovative ways to eliminate them.
