Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking an Application Architect to oversee the design and development of responsive mobile applications and frontend interfaces.

You will lead UI/UX strategy, define guidelines, and ensure performance across devices while coordinating with BIM/CDE data integrations and external contractors throughout the software life cycle. Experience with GIS/BIM standards and Linux environments is welcome.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/CS or related discipline.
• 4+ years IT experience with at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Proven full-stack JS with NodeJS, TS and ReactJS.
• Experience with database design (SQL/NoSQL) and REST API design.
• Linux/shell scripting or server setup experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and development of responsive mobile apps and frontend interfaces.
• Formulate automated testing strategies (e.g., Selenium).
• Define UI/UX guidelines and lead strategy for accessible, high‑performing interfaces.
• Monitor frontend performance and cross‑device compatibility.
• Supervise integration of BIM‑AM Portal, AIMP, and CDE with internal/external systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies and data integration from CDE, BMS, BIM, and IoT.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors throughout the SDLC.
• Manage QA pipelines to ensure robust automated test coverage.
