Job summary

Europia in Greater Manchester is seeking an experienced, compassionate Social Worker to join the leadership team. You will coordinate frontline services, supervise staff and volunteers, and embed high professional standards across immigration advice, welfare, health and wellbeing, and community services.

You will shape Europia's new Services Delivery Framework and support achieving the Advice Quality Standard, ensuring services remain safe, person-centred and inclusive.

Qualifications

• Qualified and registered Social Worker with Social Work England.
• Experience leading or supervising frontline practitioners, volunteers or students.
• Experience working with individuals or communities experiencing disadvantage or social exclusion.
• Commitment to reflective practice, safeguarding and delivering high quality services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate frontline services and support staff and volunteers through reflective supervision.
• Lead development of Europia's Services Delivery Framework and quality standards.
• Embed safe, person-centred, culturally competent services responsive to community needs.
• Influence service design, delivery and continuous improvement as part of the leadership team.
