HSBC is seeking an experienced Head of Research Management & Front Office Market Data in London. You will own end-to-end research content delivery, drive regulatory compliance, and oversee relationships with brokers and data providers to support research and portfolio management teams.

The role leads cross-functional teams across Compliance, Risk, and Technology, focusing on governance, licensing, and cost optimisation within HSBC Asset Management. London-based and senior in scope.

Formación

• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience navigating regulatory environments (MiFID II, FCA, ESMA).
• Knowledge of research platforms and market data licensing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead vendor, supplier and broker research relationships across the investment platform.
• Define and deliver front-office market data strategy and governance.
• Drive licensing, spend optimisation, and platform efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Procurement and Ops to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Develop and manage research services and business management teams.
• Produce executive governance packs and strategic support to senior leadership.
