Job summary

BMI is seeking a Financial Services Team Lead in London to head our growing FS research hub, overseeing banking, insurance and real estate coverage with five direct reports. You will shape research directions, ensure timely, high-quality output and collaborate with product, commercial and risk teams.

We are looking for an experienced leader with strong domain knowledge in financial services and a track record of turning market insights into client-ready analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop BMI’s Financial Services research hub, with direct line management for five analysts and expansion plans.
• Oversee the production, quality and strategic direction of research across Banking, Insurance and Real Estate to meet client needs and BMI priorities.
• Drive product and content development within the financial services vertical, identifying opportunities to enhance existing datasets and analytical offerings.
• Represent BMI externally through client engagements, presentations and thought leadership with a senior voice on financial services.
