Job Description:

As a Lead Front End Developer, you'll be the most senior Front End Developer in the UK working on a new AI-driven product suite in collaboration with the team in Canada. You'll design and develop engaging front ends / UIs for SaaS solutions using modern Angular within a C# Azure environment.

Working with the Product Manager, you will help define, refine, and deliver the product backlog, coordinating web application design and implementation across multiple streams to ensure consistency. You'll also participate in the UX guild on best practices and, over time, move into a team leadership role as the product expands, helping to grow the UK team for this area.

Location / WFH:

There's a flexible hybrid work model, with colleagues in the Reigate office twice a week for team meet-ups and stakeholder meetings, and three days work from home.

About you:

• Strong Front End / UI development experience
• Experience working with C# backends and a good understanding of Azure
• Advanced stakeholder communication and collaboration skills, comfortable leading in the UK alongside the Team Lead in Canada
