Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of prospective partners’ and clients’ business requirements, translating them into robust technical solutions using Brossa.
• Manage and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers to meet performance goals and support professional development.
• Own design, configuration and delivery of formal specifications for insurance products across multiple lines of business.
• Act as a trusted technical partner to clients, aligning solutions with strategic goals and constraints.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and commercial teams to customize the platform for client needs.
• Build and manage platform integrations and provide ongoing technical support.
• Demonstrate product value and technical credibility to senior stakeholders.
