Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is recruiting for a Technical Services Manager (Food) in the UK. The role leads the technical services team, manages KPI reporting and oversees product launch activities, with a strategic focus on food safety and quality culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a technical services function in food manufacturing.
• Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of food safety and quality culture in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the technical services team and manage succession planning.
• Build strong relationships with service providers, suppliers and customers.
• Produce KPI reports and oversee the launches process.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and maintain food safety standards.
• Work Monday–Friday with progression and benefits.
