Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd seeks an Engineering Supervisor to lead and coordinate maintenance across production lines at its Doncaster site. You will drive safety, reliability and continuous improvement, supervising on-shift engineers and coordinating preventative maintenance.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, CMMS experience, and knowledge of PLC fault-finding; experience in food manufacturing is essential. A recognised engineering qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge.
• Experience with automated production lines and manufacturing equipment.
• Familiar with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of PLC fault-finding and electrical safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day engineering and maintenance on shift.
• Ensure PPMS and breakdown responses minimise downtime.
• Support fault finding and root cause analysis.
• Manage team communication and shift handovers.
• Promote safety and food safety compliance on site.
